Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTND4LP21 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTND4LP21 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher MTND4LP21 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND4LP21 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and LUSC show a favorable association.

UCS, CHOL, and STAD are the cancer types where MTND4LP21 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
