MTND2P32

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND2P32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,752 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND2P32-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton transmembrane transport, Negative regulation of RNA catabolic process, and Establishment of protein localization to membrane. Each is linked with MTND2P32 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND2P32-to-partner and partner-to-MTND2P32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Proton transmembrane transport grouped by MTND2P32-low versus MTND2P32-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTND2P32→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTND2P32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
