MTND2P29

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND2P29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,964 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND2P29-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND4P35, MTCO1P2, and MTND5P11. Each is linked with MTND2P29 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND2P29-to-partner and partner-to-MTND2P29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTND2P29 versus MTND4P35 in STAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTND2P29→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTND2P29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
