MTND2P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,331 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND2P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-107P, RN7SL778P, and RNU6-151P. Each is linked with MTND2P2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND2P2-to-partner and partner-to-MTND2P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTND2P2 versus RNU6-107P in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTND2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTND2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
