Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTND2P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTND2P2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher MTND2P2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND2P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.
DLBC, LUSC, and UCS are the cancer types where MTND2P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
