MTND2P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,294 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND2P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSTF2, DCAF7, and DPY30. Each is linked with MTND2P2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND2P2-to-partner and partner-to-MTND2P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTND2P2 versus CSTF2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTND2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTND2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
