Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTND1P6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTND1P6 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MTND1P6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND1P6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC, UVM, and ACC are the cancer types where MTND1P6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
