MTND1P21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND1P21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,187 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND1P21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NEBL, NEBL_S953, and EPB41L1_S870. Each is linked with MTND1P21 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND1P21-to-partner and partner-to-MTND1P21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTND1P21 versus NEBL in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTND1P21→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTND1P21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
