Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTND1P15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTND1P15 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher MTND1P15 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND1P15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KICH and MESO show a favorable association.
UCS, UCEC, and KICH are the cancer types where MTND1P15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
