Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTND1P14 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTND1P14 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher MTND1P14 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND1P14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and SARC show a favorable association.

UVM, BLCA, and SARC are the cancer types where MTND1P14 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
