MTMR8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,266 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPB41L2, RASAL3, and RASSF5. Each is linked with MTMR8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR8-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR8 versus EPB41L2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
