Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,738 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTMR8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CA5BP1, SPRING1, and DPH3. Each is linked with MTMR8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR8-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CA5BP1 grouped by MTMR8-low versus MTMR8-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
