Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTMR8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,286 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition, Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle, and DNA strand elongation. Each is linked with MTMR8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR8-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR8 results are reported.
