MTMR7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,430 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCM1, CCAR2, and XPO7. Each is linked with MTMR7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR7-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR7 versus PCM1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
