MTMR7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,211 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are NALCN, NECAB2, and SGK3. Each is linked with MTMR7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR7-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR7 versus NALCN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
