Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,912 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTMR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIPEPP2, SHC1P1, and YY1P2. Each is linked with MTMR7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR7-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIPEPP2 grouped by MTMR7-low versus MTMR7-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
