MTMR7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTMR7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,723 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTMR9, XPO7, and VPS37A. Each is linked with MTMR7 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR7-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR7 versus MTMR9 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
