Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTMR7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD300H, NOBOX, and NPHS2. Each is linked with MTMR7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR7-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR7 results are reported.
