MTMR6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,327 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR5, TPP2, and RFC4. Each is linked with MTMR6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR6-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR6 versus UBR5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
