Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,285 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTMR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGMS2, SLC25A46, and LGR4-AS1. Each is linked with MTMR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR4-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR4 versus SGMS2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
