Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTMR12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MTMR12 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MTMR12 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTMR12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, STAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where MTMR12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
