Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,663 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTMR12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAD21, ZFR, and APOL2. Each is linked with MTMR12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR12-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR12 versus RAD21 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
