Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTMR12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,543 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to rapamycin, Cellular response to rapamycin, and Cell adhesion molecule production. Each is linked with MTMR12 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR12-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR12 results are reported.
