Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,570 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTMR10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-466P, SCAMP2, and MIR29B2CHG. Each is linked with MTMR10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR10-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR10 versus RNU6-466P in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
