Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,120 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTMR10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, ETF1P3, and LINC00458. Each is linked with MTMR10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR10-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by MTMR10-low versus MTMR10-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
