MTMR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTMR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,155 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM3, LMNB1, and HMGB1. Each is linked with MTMR1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR1-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR1 versus MCM3 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
