MTM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,611 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBPJP6, FERMT3, and HOMER1. Each is linked with MTM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTM1-to-partner and partner-to-MTM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBPJP6 grouped by MTM1-low versus MTM1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
