MTIF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTIF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,680 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTIF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO4, SPART, and COG3. Each is linked with MTIF3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTIF3-to-partner and partner-to-MTIF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTIF3 versus XPO4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTIF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTIF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
