Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTIF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,467 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTIF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTF2, MT-CO2, and MT-CYB. Each is linked with MTIF3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTIF3-to-partner and partner-to-MTIF3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTIF3 versus MTF2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTIF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTIF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
