MTIF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTIF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 790 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTIF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL98P, RN7SL741P, and TSC22D1-AS1. Each is linked with MTIF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTIF3-to-partner and partner-to-MTIF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL98P grouped by MTIF3-low versus MTIF3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTIF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTIF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
