MTIF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTIF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,734 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTIF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2_S139, RRM2, and PUS7. Each is linked with MTIF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTIF2-to-partner and partner-to-MTIF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTIF2 versus MCM2_S139 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTIF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTIF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
