Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTHFS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,617 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTHFS-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOMER2, IMPA2, and LINC02693. Each is linked with MTHFS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFS-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTHFS versus HOMER2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTHFS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTHFS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
