Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTHFD2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,168 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTHFD2L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of post-translational protein modification, Regulation of chromatin organization, and tRNA processing. Each is linked with MTHFD2L in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFD2L-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFD2L results are reported.
