Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTHFD2L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,816 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTHFD2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MARK1, SPP1, and CNNM2. Each is linked with MTHFD2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFD2L-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFD2L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTHFD2L versus MARK1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTHFD2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTHFD2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
