MTHFD2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTHFD2L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTHFD2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, HSP70, and ACVRL1. Each is linked with MTHFD2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFD2L-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFD2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by MTHFD2L-low versus MTHFD2L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTHFD2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTHFD2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
