MTHFD2L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTHFD2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,788 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTHFD2L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Late viral transcription, Chromosome separation, and Centrosome duplication. Each is linked with MTHFD2L in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFD2L-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFD2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Late viral transcription grouped by MTHFD2L-low versus MTHFD2L-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTHFD2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTHFD2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
