MTHFD1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTHFD1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,805 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTHFD1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDAC2, FBXO5, and PCMT1. Each is linked with MTHFD1L in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFD1L-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFD1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTHFD1L versus HDAC2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTHFD1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTHFD1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
