Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTHFD1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,834 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTHFD1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARL4AP5, PGM5, and JAM2. Each is linked with MTHFD1L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFD1L-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFD1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTHFD1L versus ARL4AP5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTHFD1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTHFD1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
