MTHFD1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTHFD1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,304 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTHFD1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB11A, LILRB2, and CXCL9. Each is linked with MTHFD1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFD1L-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFD1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAB11A grouped by MTHFD1L-low versus MTHFD1L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTHFD1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTHFD1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
