Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTHFD1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,525 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTHFD1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Formate metabolic process, Formate biosynthetic process, and Tetrahydrofolate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MTHFD1L in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFD1L-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFD1L results are reported.
