MTFP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTFP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,580 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTFP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IGHV6-1, MRM3, and B4GALT7. Each is linked with MTFP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTFP1-to-partner and partner-to-MTFP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTFP1 versus IGHV6-1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTFP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTFP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
