MTERF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTERF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,373 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTERF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTLP18, ELOAP1, and OR6B1. Each is linked with MTERF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTERF1-to-partner and partner-to-MTERF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FTLP18 grouped by MTERF1-low versus MTERF1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTERF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTERF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
