Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTDHP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,844 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTDHP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, tRNA metabolic process, and Protein peptidyl-prolyl isomerization. Each is linked with MTDHP4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTDHP4-to-partner and partner-to-MTDHP4 results are reported.
