Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTDHP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTDHP4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher MTDHP4 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTDHP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and MESO show a favorable association.

OV, MESO, and BLCA are the cancer types where MTDHP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
