Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCYBP31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,900 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCYBP31-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial electron transport, NADH to ubiquinone, Mitochondrial membrane organization, and miRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with MTCYBP31 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCYBP31-to-partner and partner-to-MTCYBP31 results are reported.
