Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTCYBP31 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTCYBP31 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher MTCYBP31 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTCYBP31 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and LUAD show a favorable association.
