Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCYBP28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,522 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCYBP28-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Translesion synthesis, mRNA 3'-end processing, and Regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with MTCYBP28 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCYBP28-to-partner and partner-to-MTCYBP28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Translesion synthesis grouped by MTCYBP28-low versus MTCYBP28-high in ESCA.
