Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTCYBP24 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTCYBP24 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MTCYBP24 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTCYBP24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and LAML show a favorable association.
UCEC, STAD, and UCS are the cancer types where MTCYBP24 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
