Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCYBP16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,696 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCYBP16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic respiration, Oxidative phosphorylation, and Regulation of carbohydrate metabolic process. Each is linked with MTCYBP16 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCYBP16-to-partner and partner-to-MTCYBP16 results are reported.
