The most reproducible MTCO3P44-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of telomere maintenance, Protein polyubiquitination, and Positive regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with MTCO3P44 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO3P44-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO3P44 results are reported.
